Tickets are issued only via our official RSVP and payment links.

Confirmation emails/messages will serve as proof of purchase.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by PIL Gaming.

Resale or unauthorized duplication will void entry.

Refunds will only be provided if:

The event is canceled or rescheduled by PIL Gaming.

Refund requests due to genuine emergencies may be considered at PIL Gaming’s discretion.

Entry will be denied without a valid ticket confirmation.

Attendees must carry a valid government ID to verify age eligibility.

PIL Coins earned at the event are only valid for the specific Redemption Stall of that edition.

Coins cannot be exchanged for cash or carried forward.

Free beer/snacks (if applicable) are subject to legal drinking age verification (21+ in Telangana).
